Yes. We are fully licensed and carry public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request before any job starts.
How do you price jobs?
Most jobs get a fixed written quote after a site visit or from photos, so there are no surprises. Small jobs can be booked at an hourly rate with a minimum call-out.
Do you guarantee your work?
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If something we built or fixed isn't right, we come back and make it right.
Can you work on weekends?
Saturday mornings are available for most jobs. Let us know your preferred times in the quote form and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Do you supply materials?
Yes. We source quality timber, hardware and fittings at trade prices and include them in your quote — or we can install materials you've already bought.
Do you do electrical or plumbing work?
We handle fixtures and fittings that don't require a licensed trade. Anything that legally needs a licensed electrician or plumber we coordinate with trusted partners.
